Custom product orders may require a separate agreement or confirmation, including design approval and production timelines.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless stated otherwise. Prices may be subject to VAT and other applicable taxes.

We accept payments through agreed-upon methods (e.g., bank transfer, payment gateway, or other invoicing systems). Orders will not be processed until payment has been received or confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the location, product type, and order volume.

Promoking is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Cancellations

As many of our products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

You must inspect all goods upon delivery and report any issues within 3 business days. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Cancellations for standard products must be requested before shipment. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including logos, graphics, text, images, and product designs, are the intellectual property of Promoking or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, or use any of our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
